PollNow is a social polling platform that allows users to create polls, vote on polls, view demographic-based results, and engage with a community through comments and interactions.
User Accounts

- Manipulate poll results through automated means, multiple accounts, or other deceptive practices
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service
- Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
- Use the service for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Content Ownership and License
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you post on PollNow. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing the service.
Platform Content
All content and materials available on PollNow, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of PollNow or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Voting and Polls
All votes are final and cannot be changed once submitted. We reserve the right to remove polls or votes that violate our terms or community guidelines. Poll results are aggregated and may be displayed publicly, including demographic breakdowns.
Privacy

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

PollNow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PollNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
